Welcome !

We are visionaries, creators, technical geniuses and really good people, working together to help build the Kingdom of God. Utilizing our various talents and gifts, we equip leaders to share the gospel and impact lives.

What role does production have in the church?

We utilize our creative and technical skills to help amplify Jesus to be known for impact around the world.

Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous works among all the peoples!” -Psalm 96:3

This is a multi-campus vision.

We are one church with multiple locations to bring the gospel of Jesus to many communities local and afar.

Bethel | Waterbury | New Milford | Derby | Online Campuses

“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere—in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” -Acts 1:8

How can I prepare for supporting the ministry?

  • Understand the vision: Know that our hope is to see lives changed & healed through Jesus.

  • Pray for purpose: Ask God for discernment, wisdom & heart to serve.

  • Commit to growing: Let us help you develop & discover ways to grow in your gifts.

  • Respect the team: We all depend on each other to show up ready and on-time.

  • Have fun!: While learning and developing, we pray you enjoy serving with us!

What does it mean to serve with excellence?

In tune with it!

Steve at the board, ensuring that everything is sounding and operating at a high standard.

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters” -Colossians 3:23 (NIV)

Excellence is not perfection, but rather having a high standard for yourself to operate and serve a great purpose.

We do this together!

Tech volunteers

Learning and gaining experience directing a service from our Lights Camera Action camp.

Just as our bodies have many parts and each part has a special function, so it is with Christ’s body. We are many parts of one body, and we all belong to each other. -Romans 12:4-5

Every role in production is crucial and we’re dependent on one another. We’re most effective when everyone functions well in their area, when we show up and show up on-time.

Who is on the team?

Our team is a combination of staff and volunteers. Volunteers are the heart of how church ministry function and our staff techs are here to support, train and encourage.

  • Christopher Ellington (Production Director)

  • Andrew Baggett (Production Manager)

  • Mark Moreira (Resident)

How are volunteer roles scheduled?

Planning Center Services

Receive volunteer serve requests and notification reminders.

We utilize a platform called Planning Center Services for scheduling weekly tech roles and sharing service flows. As a larger church with many interdependent roles, we do require tech volunteers to utilize Planning Center. You’ll receive requests to volunteer and you can simply choose to accept or decline.

  1. Create your profile with contact info

  2. Decide how often you wan to volunteer

  3. Enter in blockout dates (vacations, etc)

  4. Respond to serve request that come your way by choosing to ACCEPT or DECLINE

  5. Please be attentive to request, reminders and update notifications. Planning Center is how you know details such as songs, singers, rehearsal times, scripture passages, etc.
